RETURN POLICY

30 day money back if returned within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the product is furniture and items that have not been worn, washed, damaged or altered in anyway.

Nevertheless, there are exceptions which include an e merchandise credit received within 30 days, a return fee of $2.99 for the H&M members and $5.99 for the non-members, and free return for those that will be done physically in the store.

Unused beauty products may be returned for obvious reasons of health concerns, new underwear cannot be returned on the same grounds, swimwear that comes with a small sticker that is broken or missing cannot be returned, fabric face masks cannot be returned, items that fall under restricted items cannot be returned and if cards are bought with gifts in mind then they cannot be returned.

The return policies of products under the designer collaborations and special collection differ with the normal Return Policy and a small percentage of products are not returnable to the retailer.

Some are labelled โ€œFinal Saleโ€ and you cannot exchange products bought online. Customers should return the products and go to HM online store and order a new product of their preferred colour or size.

FREE IN-STORE RETURN OR EXCHANGE

All H&M outlets across the United States excluding Puerto Rico grant customers a free return or exchange within thirty days of purchase. The customer needs to produce the item they want to return or exchange accompanied by the electronic receipt associated with the shipping confirmation e-mail and the exchanged goods must not be cheaper than the returned goods.

Unfortunately, if you bougth H&M HOME online, you cannot return itemd to the store, and damaged orders must be returned to the warehouse. Customers can get help if units are missing or wrong. Refund policies are that refunds will be processed to the original form of payment used when purchasing the product by not including the cost of shipping and handling. A transaction may take between three to fourteen days to complete and be authorized.

RETURNS WITH USPS

To return items, scan the QR code at any USPS station or use the pre-paid and addressed label which can be printed from the Returns Portal. Free return shipping charges: This is not true with the $5.99 return shipping fee that brought down refunds. H&Mโ€™s members can return the clothes for plain and a $2.99 fee.

Return Guidelines

To return an item, go to the Returns Portal, place the item in the appropriate box or bag, affix the return label or scan the QR code from your return label. Mail the package using a USPS mailbox, or at a Post Office. If you are returning the item for refund, the original method of payment will be credited on the amount plus, the shipping and handling of the item cannot be refunded. Emails for tracking and confirmation shall be sent, and credit back to account within two weeks.

RETURN OF ORDERS THAT INCLUDE FREE IN-STORE PICK UP

Note that free Store pickup orders are only returnable to Stores. There is one restriction about mail orders, which is that there shall be no return.

RETURNS WITH RECEIPTS

Within 30 days of purchase, customers are allowed an exchange or refund with the original payment method and receipt. Merchandise must be of similar or greater value, and replacement of products must be done within one month.

RETURNS NO RECEIPTS

Further, merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged unless a receipt is present in the equation.
