Refund Policy
Refunds of bus tickets are done within seven and twenty one working days with fifteen percent of the basic fare cancellation fee for ticket cancellation between six and sixty days.
There are no provisions for refund no matter how early or at what time one wants to cancel a current booking or even once the bus has departed its first stop.
To apply for refund, please write an e-mail to erefund@mail1.gsrtc.in quoting your e- ticket reference number or the date of transaction.

Cancellation charge
Due to emergence of COVID-19, travel restrictions and lot of cancellation cases of tickets, Gujarat government has declared that the public can cancel their tickets only 20 days prior to the desired journey between two places.
To prevent faster refunds, itโs recommended to cancel at least the week prior to the trip. If the ticket has been cancelled within three days to the trip,then an instant reply should be given.
In case a ticket was cancelled on the same day when the trip is to occur, then 50% of charges will be deleted, which then makes it 50% of total cost of ticket inclusive of 10% online charges.
The refund procedure may take about two weeks. Any refunds will not be allowed once the bus has pulled out or changed its station.
