Step 1: Open the gsrtc website – https://www.gsrtc.in
You will see the Home page of Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation (GSRTC) website.
Step 2: Select Track Bus Option
- Click on the Track Bus On the top Icon.
- You can see two option – Track Bus and Vehicle on Routes.
- select the option ‘Track Bus’.
Step 3: Enter the PNR Number (OR) Vehicle Number (OR) Tripcode.
- Enter the PNR Number.
Step 4: Enter the Captcha
- Enter the given Captcha.
- Then finally click on Submit. See your PNR Status.

- Always double-check the PNR number before clicking on ‘Submit’.
- Enter the correct given Captcha.
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection to avoid any interruptions during the process.

General Instruction
- One ticket can be booked to six seats at a time.
- Any payment made by users that results in debiting of their accounts, but no formation of e-ticket, they always have a log of booking details to check in case of any transaction.
- If the ticket status is unclear, then they can apply for a refund.
- Users should pick up their comrades from designated pick-up stations 15mins before service time.
