Google has free returns or money back for most products, however, there are some cases. In case the transaction is elaborated, one can request a refund within the first two days at most.
In 48 hours developers possibly can refund you and they have their own rules and legal requirements.
In-apps and games can be refund if they are returned back and if multiple items were bought in one purchase the whole purchase cannot be refunded.
The pro-license key means that refunds can be given if the paid program was erased shortly after its purchase; nevertheless, the application can be re-installed in future.
Google can refuse to provide refunds, if the account or payment details are shared with another person, if the policies are breached or if the authentication is not used. Developers are not responsible for the purchase process but can accept refunds and answer questions about transactions under their rules and guidelines.
Google TV or Google Play Movies & TV
Try these solutions. If the video is not playing correctly the customer can opt for a refund within one week of purchasing. If the movie or TV show is broken, not available, or doesn’t work as described, you can get a refund within 65 days. If the audiobook or e-book is not loading or playing, the customer can return it within seven days of purchase for a reimbursement.
In terms of returns, customers can get individual books and single set books returned while returns for book bundles differ. For e-book refunds you are allowed within seven days of purchase, if the e-book is not functional then contact the seller within 65 days of the purchase, they allow a refund only if you have bought a whole bundle of e-books.
Regarding audiobooks, a refund is possible if the buyer makes the request within 7 days from the date of purchase of the audiobook; or within one hundred and eighty days if the bundle does not work.
Purchases labeled “Buy for groups” can be refunded within seven days after their purchase, 65 days in case the book will not function, 30 days for any unused licenses.
Google Play Gifts
This applies to Google Play Books purchased through Google or Google Play credit gifts. If purchased from a third-party store, contact the buyer for refund details.
Refunds are only available to the original gift buyer, unopened goods, and cannot be used again. Gift cards for Google Play credit are not returnable after the first three months of purchase.

Gift cards as well as any prepaid Play is nonrefundable and cannot be transferred to other individuals except for the Promotional Play.

If you cancel immediately, your partial refund will be prorated based on the remaining subscription days. Google Play will return any cash in the form of Google Play credit.
