Return Policy

To handle a return, follow these guidelines:

  • Inform Ekartzon about the return and the cause, as well as return request number. Finally, fill the refund part of the web page in order to make a refund.
  • Subscribers to this approach should use a recognized courier service company and forward the shipment information electronically, preferably through email.
  • Make sure to pack the items well, even during the time of returns and refunds are not allowed for products that are in destroyed boxes or have been opened.
  • Please see to it that the merchandise does not get damaged on arrival there will be no money refunded or paid for the boxes.
  • Enter your complete billing address, name, and phone number on the label when returning an item.

Conditions of Acceptance for Returns

According to Ekartzonโ€™s Return Policy, the product to be returned must be in their original condition, its packaging unopened. Products in hermetically sealed bags or packages; any indication of improper handling; packages with tears and scratches; missing labels or instructions will be refused for return and must be returned to the original buyer. These are not warranted or guaranteed and are non-returnable or refundable, being inflatables. Customers can get their warranty when they return goods to Ekartzon but the buyer has to bear the burden of the return charges.

All damaged, lost, or packaged incorrectly items cannot be returned or exchanged for a refund. They should inform Ekartzon and customer care representatives of the damages in the delivered goods and should mail a detailed email containing the information of the cargo. Once the refund is authorised, it takes 45 working days for the refund to be processed after which the consumer will be notified through an email.

A customer can or cancel an order after the order has been placed and this will attract a 15% shipping cost. Products that have a flaw can be returned but the consumers will be billed the cost incurred in delivering the replacement product. Ekartzon cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped and delivered because its system only displays orders which customers have placed on the site.

In accordance with the Return Policy, Ekartzon has the right to decline compensation for a consumerโ€™s money or a product exchange in situations. Ekartzon may need to cancel some orders due to stock-out or challenges in delivery. Ekartzon will call its clients if they have some problems, and the specified sum deducted from a credit card will be refunded. At delivery, Ekartzon reserves the right to request identification from the client.

Refund Policy

EKARTZON also has a return policy that allows customer to return items they may not like. Customer have 7 days policy for change or money back guarantee, but excluding cost of shipment.

Exchange items at an additional cost and carriage charge will be applicable. Any products received with manufacturing defects must be returned with a note and proof of purchase.

Benefits will be paid within 7 business days of the return of the merchandise. It lies with the buyer to keep the goods safely throughout the period allowed for the removal of the products.
