RETURNS POLICY
Within 7 days after the invoice date, products bought on our website may be returned for a refund at any DMart Ready Pick-up Point:
The product has not been used in any way or altered by the buyer in any way at all.
The product has the original invoice as a purchase and is in unused and marketable state.
Once approved by you, The following products cannot be returned or refunded:
- Let me explain each one of them: While DMart agreed to products returns for reimbursement it did not accept any exchange.
- Online purchases can be returned to DMart Ready Pick-up Points, however, purchases made at a DMart store cannot be returned. No exchanges of product is possible.
- DMart stores cannot accept returns from normal stores to DMart Ready Pick-up stores.
For the return of products, purchased online, through orders placed on AEL’s website, the payment will be done through the same source of the payment which can be through credit card, debit card, through internet banking, UPI or COD.
AEL makes no warranties or guarantees in connection with a product and disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Matters concerning return will be taken to the courts in Mumbai.
From the specific case of AEL, customers are bound by its decision and the company can decide to change or amend policy terms of a policy without giving any reason.
DMart Ready does not cater for returning of different products, however, consumers are given 7 days to return the goods back to the DMart Ready Pick Up Points. The terms suggested by AEL with respect to them is non-negotiable for customers who are to abide by them without asking questions.
Refund Process:
The refund policy will cover merchandise returned up to 7 days after the delivery and will be made via the original mode of payment.
Cash payments will be refunded within seven days of the date of such payments. They will start to process the online payments every time the returned items are received.
You will receive refund details via SMS or email and the bank takes about 3 to 5 working days to process the refund.
