Decathlon Replacement Policy
If the goods are in like new status and in compliance with the above Return Policy. However, excluded are goods that are consumable, perishable, unfortunately personalized, or simply not resalable. Also, the returns of Online purchases may be done physically at a store or through mail and while mail returns are convenient, they are usually charged extra costs.

Decathlon Exchange Policy
Exchange Policy of Decathlon means an authentic and reliable option for the customers to return or exchange their bought products. Non-members’ product must be brand new still having the tags on it and in its respective package. Such special offers as refunds are made through the method used to make the payment and exchange is done at store level only. Some items don’t qualify for return and these include gift cards, items on clearance, or final sale, safety and lifesaving items, and products on clearance.

Return Your Products Within 90 Days
Within 90 days of purchase, customers can return their products for an exchange or refund if they change their mind, need a different size, or the product did not meet their expectations. However, there are some exclusions, such as equipment for safety and lifesaving, final sale and clearance merchandise, and gift cards.
Store purchases Products Return
Store purchase products return is not acceptable online. Currently, all Decathlon stores in India offer a storefront exchange and refund policy valid for 30 days. Customers simply have to bring the product to the Decathlon store nearest to them and after verification, a credit note request will be processed and used within 24 hours.
