Clovia Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Within 15 days of delivery, Clovia customers can exchange or refund their items. The ability to seek a return or exchange will be removed from your account after 15 days.

The product’s price, including tax, will be refunded to you if you return a purchase; however, shipping costs are not refundable. Gift products that came with your order should also be returned, or Clovia will withhold a small fee from your refund.

You can get guidance from Clovia over the phone if you’re experiencing problems selecting a size, fabric, or fit. If you have any questions about orders, deliveries, or exchanges, you can get in touch with them.

Return Items

  • Just keep the goods in its original packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached.
    To secure and safeguard the box and its contents, use bubble sheet wrap. Please enclose your invoice.
  • Include any free gifts (such bra straps, camisoles, cosmetics, panties, extra bras, etc.) that you received with your order under different promotions, as well as any Clovia Collectible gift goods.
  • Should you decide not to return the returnable gift items as well, a small fee will be applied to these items as well and subtracted from your refund. Your invoice will specify the deductible amount for each gift item.
  • Please be aware that refunds, including gifts that are returned, cannot be processed if any of the items are discovered to be worn, damaged, or missing tags. or if any of the gifts that come with it are missing.

Within 15 days of delivery, you can return your order. To cancel your order, kindly follow these steps:

Process for Returning an ordered Item

  • In the Order History area of My Account, select the “Return/Exchange” option associated with your order.
  • Enter your order information on the Track Order page if you are a Guest User. Proceed with the steps outlined below.
  • Click the Return link, select a refund method, explain why the item is being returned, and thenconfirm the request.
  • As soon as the return request is submitted, we’ll make sure it is handled right away.

Ordered items back

  • Enter your order information on the Track Order page if you are a Guest User.
  • Click the ‘Return/Exchange’ option, select a refund method, explain why the item has to be returned, and then click “Confirm.”
  • We ask you to register for an account with Clovia if you decide to return the credit to your wallet. The account is instantly created after you enter your password.
  • To access the wallet credit, go to the Wallet page and log in with the email address or mobile number you used to place the order.
  • Once our courier partner picks up the items, which will take 3-7 business days, you can select to have the credit returned to the bank account from which you made the payment. It will require three to seven business days. All pre-paid orders that are paid for with debit or credit cards, net banking, or online wallets are eligible for this option. Note that COD orders are not eligible for this.
  • Refunding the credit to your Clovia Wallet is an option. After the items are delivered to our warehouse and picked up by our courier partner, the credit will be added to your Clovia wallet.
  • We will make sure that the return request is handled as soon as possible after it is submitted and the products are picked up by our courier partner.
  • Briefs, panties, shapewear panties, and unsealed boxes of multi-piece sets that contain panties are not returnable or exchangeable for hygienic reasons.

Reasons why the website or app does not include a Return option:

  • In the event that your order is not delivered. Only until our delivery partner marks the order status as “Delivered” can we accept return requests. In rare circumstances, the order may not be marked as delivered for up to 24 hours. Please email care@clovia.com if the return option is still not available and it has been more than 24 hours since delivery.
  • After delivery, you have 15 days to return your item. The ability to return an item is forfeited after 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • Briefs, panties, and shapewear cannot be returned or exchanged for hygienic reasons.

As soon as your return order is picked up and arrives at our warehouse, we will send an SMS and email confirmation.

You are notified via email and SMS when new things are shipped to you in the event that you make an exchange request.

An email is issued upon processing the refund on our end in the event of one. It could take up to 48 hours for your account to show the changes.

  • GST change depending on the order – Taxes may change based on the products’ pricing and the city to which the order is transported.
  • In the event that an order is returned, the GST will be reimbursed. Shipping costs, however, are not refundable.

Not Returnable:

  1. We do not accept returns of briefs, panties, shape wear panties, or an unsealed box containing a multi-piece set that contains panties for hygienic reasons.
  2. Present wrappers and gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
  3. It is not possible to return any single item that was sold as part of a multipack.
  4. We have the right to exclude certain sales events and offers from our regular return and exchange policies. We shall define and discuss each of their phrases independently.
  5. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any items that are unfinished, clearly filthy, worn, or cleaned after receiving a returned package.
  6. It is not possible to exchange the gifts that you have received.

Exchange Policy:

Items in your order are exchangeable within 15 days after delivery. Kindly take these actions to cancel your order:

  • Click the “Return/Exchange” link next to your order in My Account’s Order History section.
  • If you are a guest user, complete the Track Order page by entering your order data. Take the actions listed below.
  • Select the product or size you would want to exchange by clicking the “Exchange for another size” or “Exchange for product in same offer” link.
  • To deliver the exchanged products, move on to the next step and choose the mailing address.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for briefs, panties, shapewear panties, or an opened box of a multi-piece set that contains panties for hygienic reasons.

Make an online Return/Exchange Request

Within 15 days of the order’s delivery, you may return or exchange it according to our return and exchange policy.

Within 15 days following the order’s delivery, your account’s ability to seek a return or exchange will be deactivated.

Return to Source: In this instance, the money will be reimbursed to the original payment method used for the order.

Bank Account: In this scenario, the funds will be refunded to the bank account, for which we will get information such as the name of the account holder, the account number, the bank name, the branch name, and the IFSC code.

Once the materials are picked up by our courier partner, which will take three to seven working days, all of the aforementioned procedures will begin.

Cancellation Request

  1. Your money will be moved right away to your Clovia wallet if you choose to keep it there.
  2. The refund process could take up to two or three business days if you choose to have the money transferred back to the original transaction source or a specific bank account.

GST change depending on the order
Taxes may change based on the products’ pricing and the city to which the order is transported.

In the event that an order is returned, the GST will be reimbursed. Shipping costs, however, are not refundable.

Should an order be canceled before to shipment, both the shipping and GST amounts will be reimbursed.

Value of Refunded Amount

  • The total amount you paid at the time of purchase, less any reductions, will be the equivalent of the value of the reimbursement.
  • We will deduct Rs 100 from the refund amount if the buyer paid for the return shipment. The refundable amount will be increased by up to Rs 100 in courier return fees

  • Kindly return any complimentary items that came with your transaction for a complete refund. If you decide to keep the gifts, a small fee will be subtracted from your return for each gift. This amount subject to deduction will be noted on

Giving out a refund or credit:
If a refund or credit is given for any other reason, it will take us at least two to three days after we receive the customer’s request.

Order be completely Refunded:
The whole purchase price of the item, including any applicable taxes, will be reimbursed to you in the event that you return or cancel an order. Shipping costs, however, are not refundable and will not be reimbursed.
