Return Policy

Your funds in the Clovia wallet can be transferred immediately to your account while maintaining control of them. The refund processing duration for such transactions extends up to two to three business days. GST charges depend both on the order price and geographical location. Price refunds apply to both cancelled or returned purchased goods.
Value of Refunded Amount
The value of reimbursement stems from the amount of refund with all reductions deducted. A refund equal to the refunded amount will be reduced by Rs 100 when the customer paid for shipment. The courier receipt is required. Additional items given at no cost can be returned yet refunds include small per-item charges.
