Return Policy

We promise that everything you have ordered from us will meet your expectations. We accept returns for any goods within 15 days of the delivery date if you’re not happy with it. Please see our return policy

  • Overall Process takes 5-7 days.
  • Within 15 days of the products’ delivery date, you may return any unused items with their original packaging and tags, in the same condition as when you received them, for a refund or exchange
  • This policy applies only if the product is delivered in a different condition than what you ordered or if the product is damaged or defective.
  • No products can be returned if they have been used, opened, or tampered with.
  • If an item’s exterior packing is broken or otherwise tampered with, kindly refuse delivery of the item.
  • If after opening the packaging you find that the item is damaged, please get in touch with customer service.
  • Refunds or replacements are not available for products that get damaged during use.
    We will reimburse you for the order value if we are unable to replace the damaged or defective merchandise.
  • Customers should get in touch with the manufacturer directly if a product is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty and follow the manufacturer’s return/replacement guidelines.
  • We will arrange for a free reverse pickup of the merchandise from your area if your location allows for it.
  • All that is required of you is to carefully pack the goods and give the package containing our address to the courier that we will schedule to deliver them to your doors.
  • Keep the proof of delivery (POD) that the courier staff provided you.
  • Reverse pickup often takes one to five business days from the date of the request, however occasionally it takes longer.
  • Should the request be made within the allotted time frame for returns, the customer will receive their full refund and won’t have to worry about any delays in reverse pickup.
  • If reverse pickup is not available from your location, we will ask you to deliver the products to us by courier.
  • We will reimburse the cost of the courier up to a maximum of Rs 120, provided you email us a copy of the courier receipt.
  • It is the customer’s obligation to ensure that the goods arrives at our warehouse undamaged in this situation, thus we advise utilizing only reputable courier services and pursuing a refund directly from them in the event that they misplace the box.
  • Once the products return to our warehouse and the required verifications are finished, the refund process will begin.
  • Although we work to expedite the returns process, customers cannot be reimbursed for interest or penalties incurred as a result of reverse pickup.
  • If a client is discovered to be engaging in fraudulent behavior or returning an excessive number of items in order to receive credit card points or cash back discounts, we reserve the right to deduct shipping charges of Rs.99 for every 0.5 kg of consignment weight.
  • If a consumer returns an excessive number of items, we reserve the right to either cancel the order they placed OR deny their request for a return.
  • When returning several products from an order, you should submit one return request for each product you wish to return.
  • We constantly work hard to give our customers the greatest possible experience. We have observed that a small percentage of accounts take advantage of our generous return policy, and such accounts usually choose not to accept COD shipments or return the majority of the things they have purchased.
  • As a result, these products are unavailable for purchase to our normal customers. We reserve the right to collect the Rs.99 shipping fee for all orders and to disable the cash on delivery option for accounts with a high percentage of returns in order to uphold our customers’ rights.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct processing costs if we detect fraudulent behavior on the part of the customer.
  • Payment processing fees and other costs may be applied if a customer’s behavior is deemed to be unusual and it is believed that the customer placed orders and requested a refund purely to accrue cashback points, move money between accounts, or engage in other fraudulent activities.

  • Lotions, face creams, and hair care items

Technique of Return

We collect returns via courier collection at no cost to you in order to give the best possible customer care and make sure you have an entirely hassle-free experience.

Alternatively, clients may return the goods to us directly via one of our prestigious courier partners, in which case we will reimburse up to Rs. 120 for the cost of shipping.

If you would want to return or exchange the product, you must notify our Customer Care within 15 calendar days of receiving it, and all of the terms and conditions listed above will apply.

If, upon receipt of the products at our location in unused condition and in their original packaging along with the invoice, we will arrange for the products to be picked up from the delivery address by courier FREE of cost and process the return or exchange; if not, this may not be possible.

Refund Policy

We’ll return the funds using the original payment method. If you made the payment using a credit card or net-banking account, we will credit your account with the refund.

We will return the funds in your Cilory Wallet, which you may use to make purchases on Cilory.com, OR you can transfer the funds to your bank account if you paid with Cash on Delivery (COD).

Within six months of receiving a refund, the user must enter bank account information and start a wallet transfer. Clicking this will allow you to access your wallet.

Refunds usually appear in bank accounts after three to five business days. Occasionally, institutions that provide credit cards could take longer to reflect the credit that has been applied to the card.
