The Exchange Policy extends to all designs for thirty days but gold coins and personalized items receive no exceptions.
Customers can initiate a single Return of their designs during the first 30 days yet cannot initiate a second Return after that period. Value difference along with freight costs rest completely on the consumers.
Designs are completely Refundable during the first 30 days of purchase but gold coins and personalized items are excluded from this Refund Policy.
This money-back guarantee fails to work for damaged designs because of wear and tear and modifications or size changes. Freight cost is not Refundable.
The company processes Returns within a 24-hour period while Quality Assurance receives confirmation emails during this time.
A three-day period determines Refund issuance but actual fund transfer requires up to 10 business days. Customers need 7-10 business days to receive bank transfer Refunds that exceed $1500.
Processing times will potentially stretch to twice their normal duration when the company handles elevated Return volumes during main holiday seasons.

Start a Return process by sending your original package while properly wrapping your item(s).
Providing appraisals or diamond grading reports is essential for getting a Refund or an Exchange.
Please note that carrying a diamond report will obligate you to a $150 cost for replacement of the product.
Every Return shipment should have insurance that provides full value protection. Use the free Return service available with insurance coverage for your jewelry.
Replacement Policy
The company provides design replacements free of charge for one year after sale and repair centers depend on the specific design type.
The company charges repair costs starting from actual design work during the annual Replacement term.
The company provides complete insurance protection for all orders between time of delivery and their Return.
Items That Are Not Refundable
The company allows customers to Return items delivered within 30 days so they can Exchange or receive a Refund through its fully insured postage service.
A Refund cannot be processed unless items arrive back in their undamaged original state along with all attached documentation.
Customers should expect Refunds to be processed from 7 to 10 business days. The customer has to reject delivery of damaged boxes or items or reach out to CaratLane.
The Return Policy grants customers one opportunity to get their full purchase amount in Exchange for their design during the first 30 days.

Modify or Cancel an Order

The change or cancellation of orders is not possible and delivery times may extend because of modification processes.
The product must get Returned to the company as soon as delivery occurs.
