Return Policy:
Bonkers Corner provides customers with a returns policy on items that are eligible for the policy to be returned and get a refund within 15 days of purchase.
However, it is important to note that we do not allow returns on goods that fall under some categories they include boxers, shorts, bodysuits, crop tops, tank tops, baby tees, masks, hats, caps, and tube tops because ofโฆhygiene.
Even simple items like stickers in stationery are also prohibited from being returned. This must be an unused item, sealed in its first package, and all the labels preserved.
Offline purchases are also accepted as are online purchases The returns must also be made online or within the store. Recall of products cannot be done in the absence of a confirmation from the Customer Experience Team.
Customers can take a picture of the faulty product and forward it to info@bonkerscorner.com and the product will be ready for return within 2 working days.
Currently, for returns, BlueDart, Delhivery, and DTDC are the delivery partners, and a reverse pickup of โน100 is charged.
If the buyer ordered during a promotion, only the cost of the original price at the time of the sale is returned, and not the current price of the product.
Refund Policy:
By using Bonkers Corner, the consumer has up to 15 working days to wait for the order to be delivered. Payment for individual products is only made if they are returned within the withdrawal period.
Delivery charges being charged cannot be refunded once they are processed, and money is returned back to the Bonkers Corner Wallet. In cases where a product is damaged, flawed, missing or incorrect, the customers can return the product not more than twice in a cycle.
Refund Rules:
Customers can opt for a full cash refund in the Bonkers Wallet or take a matching product replacement. If an order is returned during a sale, the refund will be in the customers wallet based on the orignal payment, not the current price of the product.
Pre-shipment order cancellations are followed by refund delayed for 7-10 business days. Newsletter is produced during the reimbursement process and delivered through e-mail.
Return and Exchange Time:
Customers have 15 days to return or exchange products, provided they are undamaged, unworn, and have all tags attached.
Qualifications for Replacement and Return:
To request a return or replacement, proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation, is required.
Procedure for Replacing and Returning:
Contact Bonkers Corner’s customer support for return and replacement procedures. Pickup scheduled within seven days.
Bonkers Corner covers return postage for damaged or defective products during warranty.
