Bonkers Corner Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Return Policy:

As long as the item satisfies our eligibility requirements, you may return it for a complete refund within 15 days of purchase according to our returns policy.

Within 15 days of the order’s delivery date, customers may return it. (For orders placed after the sale ends)

We do not accept returns on a number of product categories, including boxers, shorts, bodysuits, crop tops, tank tops, baby tees, masks, hats, caps, and tube tops, due to our stringent hygiene standards. Additionally, stationery items like stickers cannot be returned.

The item needs to be undamaged, in its original packaging, and with all of its tags still on.

Bodysuits, crop tops, tank tops, and baby tees are among the things that cannot be exchanged or returned.

We maintain the right to refuse returns of items that: (i) We determine are being returned after use, cleaned, or soiled; or (ii) are damaged (unless the return is due to defective delivery of the item).

We only currently accept returns and exchanges for products that were bought online via our website. In-store purchases must be exchanged or returned in accordance with the policies of the individual store.

We allow returns for a maximum of 15 days after the date of purchase under our return policy. Customers have the chance to start returns during this period if they have any problems with their purchase.

Reverse pickup of products cannot be scheduled unless our Customer Experience Team confirms it.

Send us pictures of the defective product at info@bonkerscorner.com, and we will respond as soon as the Customer Experience Team verifies it.

Within 48 hours of receiving the request, we will set up the reverse pickup of the products, if verified by our customer experience staff.

Please make sure the product’s packaging is in the same condition as when it was delivered when returning it.

We rely on delivery partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc. because we don’t have our own delivery service.

Should a return occur, we will be charged by the delivery partner for a reverse pickup from the customer’s location. We ask for a fee of ₹100 from our customers, which will be reimbursed to their Bonkers Corner wallet 48–72 hours following the completion of the product quality check.

Only the money you paid will be refunded if an order you placed during a sale is returned to us; the current product price will not be reimbursed.

Should an order be returned, the money will be refunded to the customer’s Bonkers Corner wallet.

Return & Refund Policies:

We allow you to take up to 15 days from the day the delivery professional delivered the order. (For orders placed after the end of the sale)

You will only receive payment for the products you originally paid for if you return them within the contractually stipulated right of withdrawal. After the goods are returned, delivery costs are not refundable. The funds will be restored to the BonkersCorner wallet.

In the event that the product you ordered was delivered damaged, flawed, missing, or incorrect.

Please contact us at info@bonkerscorner.com within a day. Up to two(2) times in a row, an order may be returned.

Refund Rules:

Clients have the option to get a complete reimbursement to their Bonkers Wallet.

As an alternative, select an identical product substitute (based on available stock).

Should you decide to return an order that you placed during the sale, you will only receive a refund in your BonkersCorner wallet for the amount you paid, not the current price of the item.

Order cancellations prior to shipment will result in a refund that posts to your bank account within 7–10 business days.

Email updates are sent to our customers as soon as the reimbursement process has started.
It will take 7–10 business days for bank returns.

Return Process:

Initiating a return or swap

  • Just sign in to your account using our mobile app on iOS or Android.
  • Go to your profile and select “My orders.”
  • Choose the order you want to send back.
  • To finish the procedure, click the “return” button and adhere to the instructions.

Return and Exchange Time:

Customers have 15 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange the products as described above. The items need to be undamaged, unworn, and still have all of their tags on.

Qualifications for Replacement and Return:

For any return or replacement requests, proof of purchase (such as the original receipt or order confirmation) is necessary.

Three-Month Promise for up to fifty washes:

For the aforementioned products, Bonkers Corner provides a 3-month guarantee that covers up to 50 washes. If there are any flaws or damages during this period, you are entitled to a replacement product under this warranty.

Refund or Replacement Requirements:

Damages or defects must result from manufacturing errors and cannot be the result of abuse, carelessness, or inappropriate handling.

Problems Included in the Guarantee:

  1. loose seams or stitches
  2. fading or yellowing of the fabric
  3. uneven dispersion of the dye
  4. Fabric fuzzing or pilling that goes beyond what’s acceptable
  5. missing or crooked decorations
  6. Overly creased or wrinkled fabric
  7. The fabric fraying or ripping at the edges
  8. Any further flaws that stand out and affect the garment’s usefulness or appearance

Errors Not Included in the Guarantee:

  1. Improper washing or care procedures causing damage.
  2. damage to the fabric brought on by severe wear and tear.
  3. changes or additions done to the clothing after purchase.
  4. Harm brought on by outside causes as mishaps, abuse, or negligence.
  5. degradation of fabric brought on by exposure to harsh chemicals or the environment.
  6. Over time, normal wear and tear is expected with frequent use.

Procedure for Replacing and Returning:

To begin the return and replacement procedure, get in touch with Bonkers Corner’s customer support staff.

We will schedule the product’s pickup within seven days of confirmation.

For products that are damaged or defective, Bonkers Corner will pay for return postage throughout the warranty period.

Steps to Prevent Fraud:

Bonkers Corner puts the security of its patrons first. If a return is thought to be fraudulent or to be in violation of these terms, we reserve the right to reject it or to replace it. Every product that is returned is examined to ensure its authenticity and condition. The appropriate authorities will be notified of any fraudulent attempts.
