RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

Replacing a product is only permitted in the following situations:

The company also permits customers to return a product up to seven days from delivery if it turns out to be defective or damaged.

If the customer has decided that the product is not working appropriately for up to three consecutive days from their purchase then they can be given a new box unit.

In case the customer acquires damaged or defective merchandise, they are required to contact the online support staff within a day.

If at all the products differ from that described herein or do not meet certain specifications, the website support team will look into the matter and come to the right conclusion.

In case of a replacement the whole product box is returned from the courier intact, together with the product and other accessories.

Replacements are not available for the following types of products:

The customer is not satisfied with the look and the sound of the product and if the physical damage is not reported within 24 hours of receiving and or if the user was the one to cause the harm then there will be no refunds or returns.

But they can replace the product within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Thus, our cancellation policy is intended to help the customers but the appeals can not be considered if the customers have already been notified and initiated the delivery process.

Same-day Delivery orders cannot be cancelled and items, which are bought to celebrate special occasions, cannot be returned or cancelled.

Such policies are upheld to satisfy the customers and to discourage customers from cancelling the service.

REFUND POLICY

The company gives customers the option of return within 7 days of delivery, and in return, the company must provide a replacement within 24 hours if the product received was defective or physically damaged upon delivery.

It has been quite evident that retailers are not obligated to give back the money to customers if they changed their mind or chose a wrong colour or size.

When the parcel is delivered by the warehouse the company will acknowledge the receipt. If the customer returns an item he/she will get back his/her money within one month from the date that the package was returned.
