Birkenstock Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

Return Policy:

Birkenstock returns policy enables the consumer to return all products sold by the firm without returning the Last Chance products in within thirty days of delivery.

Products should be returned in their packaging and should not be used other than at birkenstock.com/my/returns. No refunds are given for any damaged, missing parts, or any item not supplied by the described item.

Online orders cannot be returned or exchanged in offline store/offices/showrooms. Unfortunately, complaints cannot be submitted at these offices. Web video which shows how to unpack the package and solve some issues.

Return Process:

To return items, you need to register your return procedure, choose your reason for returning the product, print out the return label or a QR code, pack the goods in the original packaging, and track the carrier status through email.

A receipt of purchase is necessary and invoice will be issued for record purposes. Registration at the returns portal is easy.

Replacement Policy:

In case of size discrepancies, Birkenstock provides products replacement within the period of not more than ten days after receipt of merchandise.

Consumers need to return photos of the product, the product must be unused and in the original packaging and additional perks had to be given back. Sizes can be replaced only while supply will not be blocked until the original product has been taken out of the market.

In a case where the preferred product is out of stock, Birkenstock will organize refund. New orders for the replacements will be received at the same address where the damaged items had been taken. If a product has arrived damaged, an unboxing is required.

Exchange for a size is done based on request and the item should be returned within a week from the date of purchase. It is possible to cancel orders if a product is out of stock, or there are issues with its quality, or in case of certain circumstances.

Customers must send a video proving that they received a package and indicating the essence of the problem. Manufacturing problems can be replaced if within a three months guarantee period. As for other adjustments, one cannot choose color or style.

Refund Policy:

Refund for items offered on Birkenstock is made in accordance with the mode of payment that was used by the customer. COD orders still require the client to input his banking details to enable the order progress through the system.

Refunds are only done on the products once they are returned to the warehouse and through checks on their quality. If you need a refund, the processing time of the refund is between 10-12 business days.

Coupons or other kinds of discounts are not to be refunded. In case of unauthorized transfer or changing of payment methods, refund cannot be requested. Prepaid orders cannot be refunded Any amounts paid by a member shall not be refundable prepaid orders are considered as non-refundable.

Delivery fees are never refundable in cases where a payment is reversed. In the case of Delivery orders only the actual cost of the item that was returned is refunded for Cash while additional shipping costs are not. Where a refund is is being issued, confirmation will be sent to the studentโ€™s email account.

Cancellation Policy:

Each order can be canceled early due to specific reasons by access account or by calling the customer care department. A product can be cancelled online provided the item has not already left the warehouse.

Refund policies within 1-2 working days, and refunds within 3-4 business days. Transactions are adjusted back into their initial accounts and cancellation can be arranged through the customer care desk.
