Refund Policy:
We give back by the same payment method used when ordering, but there are some conditions as to a returned item. That applies for mail-in returns that are processed within 7-10 business days, up to 10 business days for bank processing.

Best Buy purchases made through the Best Buy Education or Best Buy Business, and those picked up at alternate Locations within a Store can be returned to any Best Buy store while non-Best Buy products must be returned to a UPS Access Point only.
