The Return Policy has been changed at Bath & Body Works where customers can return goods if the firm can defend the wrong delivery, expiry or damage. The policy now entails unused, still sealed, and the original packaging.
The refunds are effected in the equivalent of rupees and a customers full amount charged price. Some of the companies, since September 14th, allow customers a ninety-day window within non-receipted returns or exchanges as some of the retailers in the United States.
Return Policy:
Returns policy of the company state that those customers who are given other relevant products for free they have to return and use the product asfollows.
It also means that they do not accept returns or exchange of product such as underwear, lingerie, perfumes, health and beauty products, or any products made on request on customer specifications. If the product is in any way substandard, damaged, or given in wrong manner, then full price is paid, shall be refunded.
These products cannot be returned to stores and products bought online cannot be returned online and COD products cannot be returned online.
This policy however, does not apply on articles such as electronic gift cards, products in their original box, products that have been distributed for free or for promotional purposes.
Return the item to receive a Refund:
To return a product, go to the store and fill in an online return request in the โMy Accountโ section. Check that all the stickers and labels remain intact and the product is packaged and sealed; the accessories should also be included.
If you received a free gift with the purchased item and would like to return it, bring the free gift back with the product being returned. Include the original invoice. You are expected to return the goods within fourteen days from delivery. Some products may not be processed or linked to the account in case they are not encoded in the invoice.
The reimbursement procedure specifically requires the original invoice. Returns will be made in their original means, credit card, or balance on gift cards.
Products bought in certain online shops or physical shops of one country cannot be returned or exchanged in another country. In cases where a customer returns items that are not found in the store inventory, Alshaya will organize for delivery and at an extra cost.
Returns of defective or damaged products
Products bought through the internet are checked and repackaged to customer satisfaction. Returns are allowed when the item is damaged, did not arrive in good condition, or if this is different from the advertised item.
If there are reimbursement conditions the purchases and the shipping costs incurred will be refunded in full.
Products can be returned within certain days, no return will be allowed after the stated period.
