For unsatisfied customers, BATA Home Service provides them a thirty days return policy but subject to certain conditions.

Return and Replacement Policies:
We contact our customers through Bata.in to request a refund or replacement within 30 days from the date of delivery of the product. Returns require scheduling through a logistic service partner for pick up, and in the event that the above obligation cannot be met, a credible courier will be arranged.
After successful delivery and confirmation, the charges incurred in freight will be reimbursed. All returns undergo authentication and inspection to verify their identity. The product shall not be a copy, incomplete, in use or damaged and must be in original packaging.
Otherwise, they might not get their products returned as per the provisions indicated below. If products are delivered directly to the Bata store without the approval of the company, they can be returned back and this relieves Bata from all responsibilities.
If for some reason the product does not pass verification and checks upon receipt, a partial refund will be made for a new product if it is cheaper than the initial payment made.
Products sold through the website will not be returned or exchanged. A customer has the chance to cancel the order, return the order and place an order for the desired adjustment. It also important to wrap it in a very delicate manner to avoid any harm while transporting it.
If a customer makes an error in returning the product then Bata is not held responsible. If the customer comes back with a product which was not purchased from or transacted through Bata, both Bata and the designated store shall not be responsible for replacement of the product or its loss.
Return Request:
Returning products often will attract additional charges for delivery and pickup, and will not permit to return, exchange, or get a refund on certain products.
If returns are stopped, then the customer also has to pay to return a product and or arrange for the return themselves.
They bear all duty and risk for returns, including proofing their right to a refund.
Only after meeting these requirements will products be refunded or replaced. If a product fails verification, customers are responsible for paying for return shipping.
