Return Policy:

The firm seeks to deliver the right products or medicines to buyers in their desirable state when making a purchase. Customers are free to request for return within 48 hours if the product qualifies for the return. the APL team assesses and approves the refund.

Body items reach their dock after a maximum of 48hrs upon delivery and damaged good are not accepted. Returns can be initiated through customercare@apollopharmacy.org, by contacting the help desk on 18605000101 or through the return request option.

Only certain situations allow returns: The reasons include; delayed delivery, the product delivered is not the one ordered, the order if partially delivered or damaged, the customer has not used the product, and manufacturer guarantee.

Replacement of order is not supported currently. Delivery damaged items, customers can reach the customer service and request check through images or videos.

Non Eligible Products

The list is temperature-controlled medications, baby items, foods, medical equipment, contraceptives, sexual health products, personal care, medical nutrition, vitamins and minerals supplements, medical consumables, and accessories, wearables.

It also entails any medical equipment or supplies, equipment, and any other wearable that would only be partially used during a calendar year. It also contains articles needed for breastfeeding, food and nutrition, as well as, body products.

Refund Policy:

Credit for a qualifying return or cancellation is refunded through the respective mode of tender except for where an item was purchased via cash on delivery.

Coupon sale does not entitle anybody to claim for cash refund. Refunds cannot be accepted into 3rd party accounts. Only, valid and cancellable or returnable orders are acceptable and verifiable.

Applications for refund after six months are not allowed. Refunds should be complete within the 15 working days from the date of a confirmed cancellation.

Customer notice of changes in the range of AHEL service charges and tariffs which are applicable to groups of customers are sent ahead of fee statements.

Refund Schedules

APL processes refunds up to 5-7 business days from approval depending on the RBI rules and the turnaround time of the banks. Pay on Delivery orders get refunds through NEFT or through the patientโ€™s account balance.

There are no cash returns for the investment. Refund and alteration in Bank account number, IFSC code, and account details holder involves.

The customer information, any technological problem, or any events beyond the control of APL free it from responsibility for the delays.

Cancellation Policy:

APL shall have the right to cancel orders for a number of reasons including limitations on purchase, discrepancies in product or price and credit checking and or suspected fraud checks.

In some occasion APL will make a call or an invitation to the customer. Clients are free to cancel orders without notice but this policy does not apply on items that have been shipped. Any client must accept the decision made by APL and cannot contest it.
