Amity Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

Students are given a certain percentage of their fees back as the semester progresses and this decreases as the semester advances.

  • 100% – โ€œMaximum Refundโ€โ€™ Over sixty days before the start of the program
  • 25% โ€“ Before the start of the program but not before sixty days to the date.
  • 10% โ€“ after the program start date, not exceeding a week time.
  • 5%- greater than seven days but less than fourteen days after the date when the particular program was launched.
  • 0% โ€“ if its start date has been no less than 14 days in the past.

“Maximum Refund” More than sixty days prior to the start date of the program

Non-Refundable Charges

Domestic and foreign students are not permitted any refund since the application charges, other regulatory charges, administrative charges and e-servicing charges are non-refundable.

Refund Procedures

Products will be paid for using the same tender the customers were issued with throughout the transaction, and so will be refunds. Students have to ensure their payment and contact details are updated to be able to request for refund. Refund Process:

Semester fees and security deposit are refundable under certain conditions which are: Students can get their fees and deposits fully reimbursed up to 15 days before the date when each academic semester starts with the deduction of processing fees.

Between 16 and 30 days after the start of the academic session, 50% of tuition and deposit are returned.

Scholarship case:

The withdrawal policies listed above shall apply if a student who received an Amity scholarship withdraws they will be deemed as non- scholarship students.

Hostels Refund Guidelines For Withdrawals:

To withdraw from the hostel, use Amizone (wwwโ€™amizone.net). Cancellation is not possible. Security deposits shall be refunded according to reckonings or payments which may be justifiably done or withheld.

Extra charges also mentioned are like Alumni Life Member Fee $1000, IT admin damages fee, Central Library fee, Academic resources fee, examination fee, Identity card charge and gate pass charge.
