Return Policy:

The brand has been established to provide the return policy for the product; the customer uses the reward points to make more purchases. But they canโ€™t redeem the points they have accumulated.

Consumers are allowed to bring back the unduly used products within the period of fifteen days in case they do not fit, have the wrong size or colour or presence of defects.

Refund receipts have to be made within two to five business days. Unfortunately, masks and undergarments are non-refundable. Brand credits are issued within 48 hours of product receipt, whereas prepaid refunds commence within the same period.

Customers are able to do both, return the whole order or certain items from within the order. In case customers want to return a product, they are required to properly pack, seal and return it separately.

Return Request:

To return an item, go to the order, there choose โ€œReturn Product,โ€ indicate the reason for return, select refund location, and select a pickup address. A Return ID has been generated and then a pickup agent scans the returned item.

Refund and compensation are done within 2-3 business days, and the refund figure reflects on the statement in 5 working days at most.

Refund Policy:

The product will be returned after quality checks in the source account credits or brand credit account depending on the manufacturer or the producer. Refund would take 2-5 business days for credit card, debit card or Net Banking.

The brand credits are awarded within two business days and are redeemable on brand.com during subsequent purchases based on terms of the promotion only Regular price excludes all current discounts and restricted deal time offer may not be available in return. Free gifts cannot be exchanged or returned.

Exchange Policy:

To exchange an item, first find the order in the account list and press the โ€œExchangeโ€ link. The old one, however, will take its way back to the warehouse and the new one will be ordered.

Exchanges are allowed and they only pertain to clothes โ€“ and the clothes being exchanged must have been purchased within 15 days from the purchase date.

Returned merchandise may not be used, defaced or damaged, nor may they be sold or Labels and tags accompanying products SHOUL NOT HAVE been removed, damaged or altered.

This will be dependent on delivery schedules for products as well as availability of new items.

Cancellation Policy:

About orders cancellation, you can do this by logging into your account, choosing the option โ€œMy placement,โ€ and following the prompts. In the case of erroneous payments, refunds will be sent back to the payment account within two to five business days. In case of multiple products, mass cancellation does not exist. Any credits will be refunded within two to three business days.
