Return Policy

Alchemist Odyssey Online Shop:

We offer a seven-day Return policy. We are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange if seven days have passed since your purchase.

Your item must be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it if you are qualified for a return. Moreover, it needs to be in its original packing.

Non-Refundable Products:

  • perishable items like food, flowers, periodicals, newspapers, and so on.
  • commodities that are flammable liquids or gasses, toxic materials, or intimate or sanitary products.
  • Cards as gifts
  • Digital downloads of software, music, or ebooks
  • A few personal hygiene and wellness products
  • Anything on sale or with a discount
  • We need a receipt or other proof of purchase in order to process your return.

Refund Policy

We will email you to let you know that your return has been received and examined after it is received. In addition, we’ll let you know if your refund was approved or denied.

Should your application be accepted, your refund will be handled and, in a predetermined period of time, a credit will be directly transferred to your original payment method, credit card, or both.

Sale Item : Returns are only available for regular priced items; regrettably, sales items are not eligible for refunds.

We will use PAYU, our payment platform, to start the refund process as soon as you cancel the order. They process the refund to the payment method you used, usually within a week or so.

In the event that you made your payment with a gift card, the amount will be credited to that card and can be used toward future purchases.

Partial Reimbursements:

  1. Book with clear usage indications
  2. Opened software, video games, CDs, and DVDs
  3. Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons other than our fault, or that is not in its original condition
  4. Any returned item that is not picked up within seven days of delivery

Refunds that arrive late or disappear:

  1. First, make sure you have received your return by checking your bank account once more.
  2. Next, get in touch with your credit card provider; it can take some time for the refund to appear on your account.
  3. Next, get in touch with your bank. It usually takes some time for a refund to be posted due to processing.

Exchange Policy

Items are only replaced if they are faulty or broken. Send us an email at prismonline@prismcorp.in and mail your item to No-72, Teachers Colony, Adyar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu IN 600020 if you need it exchanged for the identical item.

Back payments for gifts

A gift credit for the amount of your return will be issued to you if the item was shipped directly to you after being purchased and tagged as a gift. A gift certificate will be mailed to you after the returned item is received.

We shall send a reimbursement to the present giver and let him know about your return if the item wasn’t marked as a gift when it was bought or if the giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later.

Returnable Goods:

An order may typically be canceled up until the point at which it is sent. To notify us, simply use the contact us feature on the website/app, via phone, Whatsapp, email, or other means. We will begin processing a refund via the payment gateway if you were the buyer.

As long as the item is in good condition and has all of its packaging, we can still make arrangements to have it returned if we have already sent the order or if you have received it and wish to cancel due to manufacturing faults.

In general, the policy that is described on the website/app will govern returns and cancellations.

Delivery:

You can mail your product back to Prism Corporation Pvt Ltd. No-72, Teachers Colony, Adyar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu IN 600020 if you would want to return it.

When returning an item, you will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping yourself. The cost of shipping is not refundable. The cost of return postage will be subtracted from your refund if you are eligible for one.

The time it takes for your replaced merchandise to arrive may differ depending on where you reside.

If the thing you are shipping costs more than Rs. 10,000, you have to think about getting shipment insurance or utilizing a trackable shipping service. We make no promises as to when we will get your returned goods.
