The final day to withdraw from an AICTE-approved program with full fee refund for admission in 2023–25 was September 11, 2023. This was the last day for PGDM cancellations from B-schools accredited by the AICTE, with full fee refunds. You can apply and be admitted to a superior MBA/PGDM program without breaking the bank thanks to the AICTE Fee Refund Policy. Every academic year, the AICTE updates its Fee Refund Guidelines to provide students greater flexibility and the option to consider admission to superior institutions.
AICTE also releases the dates for the full fee refund each year. The AICTE fee refund deadline of September 11, 2023, along with instructions on how to cancel MBA and PGDM admissions for 2023, has been released in conjunction with the streamlining of the academic session 2023–24 following two years of the Covid epidemic. It could be extended in line with the dates that B-schools hold their sessions. The deadline for the AICTE full fee refund was September 13, 2022, last year. For the past two years, AICTE has given MBA students a great deal of solace by allowing them to repeatedly postpone the deadline for cancellation of their MBA seats and receive a complete reimbursement for PGDM/PGCM courses.
AICTE Fee Refund 2023: Final Date for Complete Fee Refund for Batch 2023–25
The updated AICTE guidelines state that a candidate may apply to the institute for a seat cancellation and request a full refund of the application cost by the deadline. The institute is then responsible for paying the full application fee back to the applicant within seven days of the applicant’s application being submitted to the college. As a result, AICTE has tightened its rules regarding fee refunds and counseled institutions to follow its schedule.
Items of the Fee that are Reimbursed

After being granted provisional admission, the candidate may request a refund of the application money by submitting a cancellation application in duplicate using the format provided by the institute or found on its website.
The institute will make the appropriate tuition refund within the allotted time frame.
Candidates who have confirmed their enrolment and paid the required tuition and other fees in full as requested by the institute, along with submitting the original documents as requested by the institute, are eligible to apply for a refund.
