RETURN POLICY
| Customer returns will only be accepted if the Product is returned within 14 days after Purchase and the Product must be in its original Packaging. Do not worry, when you return an item there will be No Shipping fee associated with the Return. |
Items for return should not have been used and must be returned with labels on and packaging intact and unopened.
Containers should be in their manufacturers’ packaging, with further packaging protection if attainable.
Returning policies differ from one retailer to the other. Adidas online store products can be returned while for retailers to return they should.
Since these masks are for health protection purpose, they cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless if there is any visible manufacturing flaw. Please consult the return policy to know the general standards and conditions of the returns allowed.
EXCHANGE POLICY
The color of the t-shirt differs from the online image and may change it within the next 14 days after the receipt of the order.
WAYS TO TURN IN AN ITEM
To start an exchange, go to the website or application and choose the ordered items you want to exchange.
The carrier will collect the item(s) within about 4-5 business days, the returned item will be inspected by the staff in the warehouse within two days, and the replacement item will be sent to the customer.
REFUND POLICY
The return policy for returned orders is 14 working days for debit/credit cards, and 3 business days for cash on delivery. For the refund, the customers give their bank account details or UPI number.
The same means of payment will be used, and the refund shall be accomplished within five days of the purchase.
If the customer cancels the purchase within the 14 days special right, they will be refunded once proof that they have send the order back or if it has been received back at the warehouse.
